Ziggy Ostas, a rising Manchester talent within the Genres of UK Garage, UK Bass, Drum and Bass, Jungle and all things Dance Music has recently found success off the back of winning a remix competition hosted by Locked On Records and Silva Bumpa.

 

Ziggy has continued to make his name heard across not only within the Manchester scene but across the country and beyond to the US, New Zealand and Australia. 

 

Ziggy initially delved into crafting basic beats and melodies. It was during his time at sixth form that he was introduced to electronic music by friends, an encounter that left a mark on him. His love for this genre grew, providing him with numerous opportunities to hone his production skills and collaborate with exceptionally talented individuals who served as a wellspring of inspiration. 

 

These transformative experiences led Ziggy to the decision to release his own music. Which had an overwhelmingly positive response, recieving support from inspirations such as Interplanetary Criminal, Sammy Virji, Notion and Bushbaby, this proved to be the most gratifying aspect of his musical journey. With unwavering enthusiasm, he looks forward to the many creative endeavours that lie ahead.
